As the wedding venue is a hotel, there's the opportunity for you to stay there.
We've secured a rate of £200 per night, bed and breakfast for our guests. In order to get this rate, call 01865 334444, and select option 1 for reception (not the option for reservations, as that takes you to the central switchboard and they won't be able to give you the discounted rate!) You'll need to let them know you're booking for the Theaker-Jones wedding, and if they ask for a code, it's J4V.
Other options
Although we'd love to have everyone all together, we know that cost may affect your decision to stay at the wedding hotel.
The hotel is just a five minute drive from a Holiday Inn Express and a Hampton Hotel, so you may wish to decide to stay at one of these as a cheaper option. We're also just 15 minutes out of the centre of Oxford if you'd prefer to stay there.
Nearer the time, we'll ask you where you're staying and try and connect you up with others staying at the same place to share taxis!
We love children, and our nephew and niece, Freddie and Mia will be playing a big part in our wedding!
We're really happy for you to bring your children, and if not bringing them means that you won't be able to come, then we'd love to have them there to party with us. Annabel, particularly, loves the idea of having kids running around, making the day special.
That being said, we know that weddings can be an opportunity for you to let loose while the kids are with a babysitter or the grandparents - so we won't be offended if you decide to come without them! Just make sure that you don't let us down on the dancefloor!
We kindly ask that if you do bring them, and they make noise in the ceremony, you take them out please.
Please wear semi-formal attire such as a nice dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or shirt and slacks for men.
No jeans or trainers please.
Here's us at weddings over the years to give you an idea!
